Elfe Juvenile Products is announcing an advisory concerning their Charlotte Crib model number 571515 (Wal-mart Item #2659145).

Elfe has determined that a small number of cribs may have a possible safety issue. To date, no injuries have been reported or linked to this issue.

Only models with a date of manufacture of July 30, 2005 or September 1, 2005 are affected by this Advisory.
